All original closet queen in excellent condition with stunning book matched Brazillian rosewood back and sides. Very little wear present with one small ding to top below bass side waist, a chip to the volute from being set on something rough and a couple other very minor small scuffs to top. Some dings and chips to top edge of headstock and some minor laquer shrinkage around end pin and inlay. Top shows no checking, sides show minimal checking and back shows moderate checking as pictured. Frets show very little wear primarily in first position. Not a lot of saddle to work with, and as usual with Martin guitars this virgin model would benefit from a neck set in the future. With that said, the current playing action is great with slight relief in neck and no buzz in any position, very easy to play.
 
From the original owner, purchased new in 1970 as a Christmas present, she never learned to play. Comes with original price/hang tag and original hard case.
